A word of Caution is a newsletter for late-identified autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent or neuro-curious adults looking to understand and embrace their uniqueness and create a life that works for them, whilst staying mindful of the inevitable impact those choices have on others.

I understand the ups and downs that come with exploring a neurodivergent identity later in life. I'm right here with you, navigating the complexities of understanding my autistic and ADHD identities in a world built around the oppressive construct of "normal".

It's not easy, but I'm striving to understand and unravel my conditioning and build a life that accommodates my needs, plays to my strengths and contributes towards challenging harmful norms (without burning myself out in the process!)

If this is what you'd like too, perhaps you don't even know where to begin, I know it's made that bit easier being in community with others taking the road less travelled.

In these emails. I'll share:

Personal insights: stories from my own experiences and exploration as an ND adult.

Practical tips: strategies and tools to help navigate everyday challenges.

Coaching themes: insights from client work that highlight the possibilities of embracing your neurodivergent identity.

Resources and support: access to guides, articles and resources relevant to your exploration.

Ways to work with me: one-off 1:1 sessions, group work and peer to peer support, longer term 1:1 coaching or occasional "pay what what you can afford" sessions, whatever I have on offer will be included here.
